What Being a Mentor Involves:
Flexible Meetings: Connect with your mentee via Zoom every 1-2 weeks for about 30 minutes per call. Scheduling is flexible to fit both your schedules, ideally during the mentee’s working hours.
Constructive Guidance: Review social media content, provide feedback, and answer questions to help your mentee refine their skills and confidence.
Asana Task Check-Ins: Ensure your mentee is on track to complete their assigned Asana tasks. While you don’t need to manage these tasks, your oversight helps keep them accountable and aligned.
Responsive Support: Be available on Slack to answer questions or provide clarity, ensuring mentees feel supported and encouraged.
